Cams Exports

We've been at No. 1/355 Middle Street for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially when the trucks arrive and we start sorting through everything for export. Cams Exports isn't a fancy place with a big lobby or anything. It's mostly just us working through piles of paperwork and making sure the boxes are labeled right. Some days the sun hits the street hard and we have to keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. People walk by and wave, usually because they’ve known us for years. We handle a lot of different things here. It gets noisy when the tape dispensers are going and everyone is talking at once. We don't really have a big team, just enough people to get the jobs done before the day ends. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due. The floors are a bit scuffed from moving crates around constantly. It’s just how things go here on Middle Street. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the transporters. It's not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy. Most of our time is spent checking lists and making sure the weight is correct. If you come by, you’ll probably see us mid-task. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working warehouse, so there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. We just focus on getting things where they need to go.
