Shree Ganesh Food Product

Shree Ganesh Food Product is located on J. K. Kedia Road in Nagaon. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and people walking by all the time. Our place is tucked in there, and you can usually tell where we are because of the smells of whatever we are making that day. It isn't a giant factory, just a modest space where we get things done. We have a few tables for packing and some machines for the food processing. Everything is kept as clean as we can, but it’s a working kitchen area so it always looks busy. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just make the food products and put them in bags. The staff is mostly local people from Nagaon who can walk to work. We start early in the morning to beat the heat on J. K. Kedia Road. By the afternoon, the shop gets a bit cramped, but we manage. We don't use a lot of big machines; a lot of it is still done by hand because that's how we've always done it. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the delivery van comes to pick up the crates, but we make it work. We are just a small local business trying to keep our heads down and do our work every day. It's how we pay the bills and keep everyone employed.
