Raj Spun Pipes

Raj Spun Pipes is located right on the Main Road in Dimaruguri, which is part of Nagaon. If you know the area, you know how busy this road gets with all the trucks and buses going back and forth. We have a lot of space here because you need it when you’re dealing with heavy concrete pipes. They take up a lot of room while they are drying out in the sun. Most of our day is spent moving things around with the crane or checking the molds to make sure the mix is right. It’s heavy, messy work, and your hands usually end up covered in grey grit by the time lunch rolls around. The P.O. and the local police station aren’t too far off, so we’re right in the thick of the town's daily life. Rain is the biggest problem we face because it slows down the drying, and then we have to cover everything up quickly. We aren’t really into big talk or fancy offices. We just have a small room with a desk where we keep the paperwork and a couple of chairs for when someone stops by to discuss a delivery. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve lived in Nagaon our whole lives, so we know most of the local contractors and the guys driving the delivery trailers. It’s just how we do things here. We've been at it for years and plan to stay.
