Nath Steel Industries

Nath Steel Industries is located in Ward No. 10 of Nagaon, near the Post Office Gakhajua. We are also quite close to the Government Hospital, so the area is usually busy with people coming and going for their appointments. Our workshop is a modest building where we’ve been working for quite a while now. In this part of Nagaon, everyone knows everyone else, so we often have people dropping by just to say hello or ask for a small favor. The work involves a lot of steel, obviously, and our hands are usually stained with grease and iron dust by the time noon rolls around. We do all the cutting and bending ourselves, using machines that have seen better days but still work perfectly fine. The atmosphere is relaxed, though we do work hard when there’s a deadline looming. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a job, wearing our aprons and goggles. We keep our supplies stacked against the walls, and there’s usually a radio playing somewhere in the back to keep us company. Life in Ward No. 10 moves at a steady pace, and we just try to keep up with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
