We operate out of House Number 131 in Chitalmari Pather, which is part of Nagaon. It’s a simple place, not really what you’d think of when you hear the word office. It’s more of a home that we’ve repurposed to handle our construction business. We’ve been here for a good while, and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t have any big corporate signs or fancy furniture. Instead, we have a few wooden desks, some plastic chairs, and stacks of paper everywhere. We focus on construction projects around Nagaon and the surrounding areas. Some days are slow, just waiting for the weather to clear so we can pour concrete, and other days are completely chaotic with everyone trying to do ten things at once. We handle all the hiring and the material orders from this house. It’s a small operation, really. Just a handful of us trying to make sure the work gets done and the workers get paid on time. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in a place like Nagaon usually does the trick for us. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up since we started, and we’re just glad to have a steady place to work from. If you come by, you’ll likely find us sitting on the porch or working at the main table inside. It’s just how we run things here in the village.
