Vrundavan Tea Depot

Vrundavan Tea Depot is at Plot No.1 in the Ghantakarna Complex. We are right in the Gunj Bazar area of Nadiad, which is always packed with people and carts. If you find Azad Pole, we are right across from it. It’s a lively part of town to be in. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot of tea into it. Most of the day is spent talking to customers who walk in from the market. They want something that tastes right for their morning cup at home. We have different varieties sitting on the shelves in big bins. It gets noisy with all the bartering and the traffic outside, but we like the energy of the bazaar. We’ve been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the tea to worry about that. My nephew helps me with the lifting and the heavy bags because they can be quite a weight. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just know us by word of mouth. Nadiad is a place where reputations are built on just showing up every day. We open early when the market starts and close when the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward life. The tea comes in, we sort it, and people buy it. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. It's just a depot in a busy market trying to survive.
