You’ll find us out in the GIDC Estate on Mill Road, specifically at plot C-3/4. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving, there’s always the sound of trucks or machinery somewhere in the background. It isn't the quietest place to work, but it’s where things get made, so it feels right. The office part of Shah Paperplast Industries Ltd. is attached right to the main area, so you can always hear what’s going on. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly concrete, metal, and a lot of functional furniture. We’ve been at this GIDC spot for quite a while, and we know the other businesses around here pretty well. We share the same dusty roads and the same local lunch spots. The air smells a bit like industrial work, and our clothes usually end up with a bit of dust on them by the end of the shift. We aren't here to look pretty; we are here to handle the production and the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a gritty, honest kind of workplace. We have a small break area where we sit and eat together, usually complaining about the heat or the latest traffic jam on Mill Road. It’s just a standard industrial setup, and we are fine with that. It’s home for us during the day, and we don't need it to be anything more than what it is.
