In Nadiad, we are based at 18/B Kumkum Nagar Society, which is right on Mill Road. We are pretty close to the City Gymkhana Ground, so that’s a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This is the M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited ECCD office for the Kheda district in Gujarat. It is a residential area, so our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes the whole atmosphere a lot more casual than a big city office. We have a small group of people working here, mostly focusing on the engineering and construction projects around Nadiad and the rest of Gujarat. Being near the Gymkhana means it’s easy to explain the location to visitors. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. It’s just a quiet place where we do our calculations and manage the site workers. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve become part of the daily rhythm of Mill Road. Sometimes we step out to the local shops for a break. Inside the office, it’s all about business—blueprints, site updates, and lots of phone calls. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the practical side of getting things built. It’s a straightforward setup for people who like to get their hands dirty with real work.
