Jay Food Zone

We set up Jay Food Zone inside the Shit Vandan Complex on College Road in Nadiad. It is a decent spot because there are always people walking past our door, especially with the college being so close. We are not a big chain or a fancy cafe, just a local place where you can get something to eat without any fuss. The complex itself stays pretty busy with different shops, so there is always a lot of activity around us. We spend our days making sure the snacks are ready and the counter is tidy for the next person who walks in. The setup is quite basic with some simple seating. Our menu has a bit of everything that people around here like to eat. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when a large group of friends comes in all at once, but we just handle the orders one by one. We like being on College Road because it feels like we are in the middle of everything that happens in Nadiad. We have gotten to know many of the regulars who work in the nearby offices and shops. We do not spend money on big advertisements; we just hope the food is good enough that people keep coming back. It is just a regular job for us, keeping the stoves hot and making sure people get their food on time. It gets quite warm in the kitchen, but that is just part of the work.
