We are based out of the GIDC Estate at unit C-1, B-53. Since it’s an industrial estate, it’s not exactly a scenic location, but it’s practical for what we do. We produce pharmaceuticals, so the inside of our unit is a lot of stainless steel and very clean floors. We have to follow a massive amount of regulations, which keeps us on our toes. It’s not the kind of job where you can just relax and wing it. Every batch of medicine has to be checked and re-checked carefully. We aren't a massive global corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team and we’ve mostly been here for years. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just walks out from the production area to see what they need. The roads around the estate are always full of big trucks and dust, so we stay inside mostly. We don't spend much time on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. People in the industry know us for the work we do. It’s often quiet inside, except for the hum of the machines and the air conditioning. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure everything we send out is up to the standard. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it after all this time.
