Reena Chem

Our unit is over in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Nadiad. We have two spots, C-3/15 and 16, which gives us a bit more room than some of the neighbors. It’s a typical industrial setup with high ceilings and plenty of storage space. Reena Chem has been part of this estate for years. The area is always busy with workers and transport vehicles. We usually have some activity going on with loading or unloading stuff throughout the day. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, so we mostly stay on-site until the shift is over. The air always smells a bit like dust and machinery here. We don't really have a decorative office; it’s mostly just desks and chairs in a corner. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time, so we all know how to handle the equipment. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them. It’s just part of the routine. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our work is physical and requires being on our feet. Nadiad is a good place for this kind of business because everything is connected well. We just focus on keeping the inventory moving and making sure the gates are locked at night. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we don't complain much about the hard work.
