Having the bank close by makes it easy for people to explain where we are located. The office for Unnatabangla Nidhi Limited is a pretty straightforward place. We have some heavy desks and a lot of registers. It’s the kind of spot where the floor is concrete and the walls are painted a simple color. We don't have any of those modern open-plan setups. It is just rooms with people working in them. Every day is about the same routine. We open the doors, check what needs to be done, and start going through the files.
