Sri Gauranga Samaj Foundation

We are over here in Village Palashi. It’s a quiet spot under Post Office Jabagram. Sri Gauranga Samaj Foundation runs out of the house of Krishna Ch Pal. People around here know the place well. We just do our work every day without making a big fuss about it. It’s mostly just us handling things from the village. The roads can be a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s how it is. We’ve been set up here for a while now. It’s not a big office with glass windows or anything fancy. Just a regular building where we get things done. Mostly, we see the same faces every week. It’s good to be part of the community in this way. We don't have a giant staff, just enough of us to keep the foundation moving along. It’s simple work, really. You won’t find any big signs or advertisements for us. If you’re walking through Palashi, you might see us. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, especially when the rains come heavy to Jabagram, but we stay open. It’s a local effort, through and through. Nothing more to it than that. Just neighbors working with neighbors in this little corner of the world. We keep our records and stay busy without needing any praise. We just keep going. Palashi is home.
