We are over at B-17/48 in Kalyani. It’s a standard spot in the neighborhood. We started this because we saw things that needed doing around here. Most days involve just checking in on projects or dealing with people who stop by the office. It isn’t a huge operation. We mostly just focus on what’s right in front of us in the Nadia district. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we have to organize things. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and fancy reports. We just talk and decide what to do next. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and folders, but it works for what we need. Neighbors drop by for a chat sometimes. We try to keep things organized but it’s often a bit messy when we’re busy. Kalyani is a decent place to work from. There’s a lot going on and we just try to be a small part of it. No one here is an expert, we just learn as we go. It’s practical work. We spend our time on the ground mostly. There’s no need for anything flashy. We just show up and do the job. It’s been that way since we moved into this building. There is always a pot of tea going and some paper on the table. We just keep at it day by day. It's not complicated, we just stay steady with the daily routine.
