We set things up here in Chapra. It's mostly just a few of us working out of the address in Nadia. We try to handle things as they come up. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. Just Ujjal and a couple of others keeping it going. People around here know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy after the rain, but we stay busy. We don't have a big staff. It's mostly just hands-on stuff. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and seeing what's happening in the village. It gets busy during the harvest months. There is always some paperwork to do, which we manage from the desk here. We don't use much technology, just the basics. It's just a local thing we started. Sometimes we go out to the nearby areas if someone needs help with something specific. Most of the time, we are just sitting here working through the daily tasks. It’s quiet enough in this part of West Bengal. We’ve been here for a while now. Not much has changed, really. We just keep doing the same work every day. It's simple and it keeps us occupied. If you walk down the main road, you'll see the house. We don't have a big sign. Just the work we do. There are some files on the shelves that need sorting, but we'll get to them eventually. It's just how things are here in Nadia.
