Saphair Overseas

We are over here at R. K. Mitra Lane. It is inside the Kundu Vaban building, right in the middle of Patra Market. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day, especially when the trucks come in to drop off goods. Saphair Overseas has been sitting in this spot for a good while now. We handle a lot of different things that go out of the country. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, and the office looks a mess with files everywhere, but that is just how we work. People come in through the market gates and have to find us behind the main shops. It isn't a fancy place with shiny glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical workspace where we sit and talk to suppliers. My desk is right by the window where I can see the street below. We drink a lot of tea while we sort out the shipping details. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days the phone won't stop ringing and we can't keep up. We try to keep things simple and just do what needs doing for the day. If you ever find yourself near Patra Market, you will see how busy the lane gets. We like being part of the local mess here. It is better than being in some quiet office where nothing happens. We just get on with it, day after day.
