Our small office is at 106 in the village of Gobrapota. It is part of the Bhimpur area in the Nadia district. Nabadisha Nidhi Limited is just a local place where we handle savings for the people who live around here. It is a very rural setting, so things are pretty quiet most of the time. The office is just a simple room with a few tables and some old chairs. We don't have any big computers or fancy gadgets. We mostly use paper and pens to keep track of everything. Most of the folks who come in are people we see every day at the market or in the fields. We started this because there wasn't a convenient spot nearby for people to save their extra cash. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. We spend a lot of time just talking about the weather or the crops while we update the passbooks. The village doesn't have a lot of big buildings, so our place at 106 is well known to everyone. Sometimes the road out front gets a bit muddy when it rains, making it hard for people to visit, but they usually come by once the sun is out. We keep things very basic and don't try to be something we aren't. It’s just about providing a local service for the village community without any fuss. Usually, someone from our small team is around if you need to stop by.
