Grainss & Griddles Flatbread Privatelimited is based out in Nadia district. To find us, you have to head to Village Digha and look for the place near Gopal Road. We operate care of Mridul Kanti Sarkar at the Barajaguli post office area. It’s a very local operation. Making flatbreads is something that takes a lot of care and early mornings. We are right there on the ground in the village, making sure the flour is right and the griddles are hot. It is not a corporate kitchen by any means. It’s a place that smells like toasted grain and feels like a real workshop. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our day is spent actually making the food. The roads in Nadia can be a bit bumpy, but we make sure the products get where they need to go. Working in Village Digha means we are close to the source of a lot of what we use. It’s a practical way to run a food business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that makes decent flatbreads every day. Sometimes we sit around and talk about how much the area has changed, but our work stays mostly the same. It is just us, the griddles, and the daily routine of running a small business. We start work when most people are still sleeping and finish when the day is done.
