Down in Nadia, West Bengal, you’ll find D. C. Paul Group Construction Pvt. Ltd. We are based in a village called Kalyannagar, right in P.O. Madanpur. It’s a bit different from the big city offices. It’s a lot greener and a bit slower around here. We have our office setup there to manage the construction side of things. It’s a practical space. We have maps and site plans spread out on big tables most of the time. The floors might have a bit of dust because that’s just the nature of the business. We are local people working on local projects. Sometimes the rain in Bengal makes things a bit muddy, but we keep the office going. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of our furniture is just old wood desks that have been around forever. It’s a comfortable place to work. We know the people in Kalyannagar and they know us. There’s no need for a big corporate facade. We just do the construction work and keep our records in the office. It’s a quiet village life mostly, except when the trucks are moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to get the buildings up and keep everyone on track. It is a simple life here in the village, and we focus on the work that needs finishing every day.
