Asha Pradip Micro Service Foundation is found in Bamanpukur Kajipara. We are located at the place that belonged to the late Ali Hosian Sh. To get here, you head towards Seemapur in the Nadia district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a journey if you’re coming from the city, but it’s a nice area once you arrive. The office is a simple structure, nothing fancy at all. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and documents. It’s often quite busy because people are always coming in and out to talk to us. We don't have a formal dress code or uniforms. Most days we are just in our everyday clothes. The heat in Nadia can be something else in the summer, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze that might be blowing. Sometimes a bird flies in, and we have to help it get back out before we can get back to work. We don't use a lot of complicated systems. We prefer to keep things straightforward so everyone understands what’s going on. We have been in Bamanpukur for a while now. The locals know where to find us. We don't do much advertising. People mostly hear about us through word of mouth. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. It keeps things manageable and honest. We just do our bit every day and then head home once the paperwork is finished.
