Our place, Jabs Biotech Pvt. Ltd., is sitting at 148, Ripudaman Pura. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We do a lot of work in the biotech field, which sounds complicated to some people, but it’s just our daily grind. The area is fairly quiet compared to the main city roads. We moved into this building and just started setting things up as we needed them. It’s not a corporate glass tower or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space with labs and storage. We spend most of our hours looking at samples or checking on shipments. The local tea stall nearby is where most of us end up during the afternoon break. Dealing with biotech products means we have to be careful about temperatures and storage, so we spend a lot of time on those details. It’s a small group of us working here. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage to stay on track. We aren’t big on fancy titles or big speeches. If there is work to do, we just do it. The office floor is a bit worn out in spots, but it shows we’ve been busy. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like it that way because we can just focus on the actual science and the boxes going out the door. It is just about keeping things moving and staying busy every day.
