Travel Net Care is right there on 5th Cross in Saraswathipuram. If you know where Safe Wheel is, we are just next to them at number ninety-six. This part of Mysore is always active, especially with people walking between 4th Main Road and the nearby shops. Our office is quite small and sometimes it gets a bit crowded if more than two people walk in at once. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a stack of brochures that have been there for ages. Usually, someone is sitting by the window keeping an eye on the street while waiting for the phone to ring. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers about the routes and checking if the cars are clean. It’s not a corporate office with suits and ties; it’s more of a place where you can come in and talk about where you need to go. We keep a diary for all the bookings and sometimes the handwriting is a bit hard to read if we were in a hurry. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, so it stays relatively cool even in the afternoon. Sometimes we just sit outside on the steps if the office feels too cramped. It’s a straightforward business, just keeping track of vehicles and making sure people get where they want to go without too much fuss. Most days are just about handling the phones and the keys.
