Sri Annapurneshwari Provision Store

We have been running Sri Annapurneshwari Provision Store for quite a long time now. You can find us at 1010 Lakshmipura Main Road in the Sri Nagar Brindavan Nagar area. It is a busy spot especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their milk and bread. We start early, around six, to open the shutters and sweep the front. The shop isn't anything fancy. It is just a regular place with shelves filled with rice, lentils, oils, and all the things you need in a kitchen. We try to keep things in order but sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when new stock arrives. The street outside is always noisy with autos and people walking to work. We know most of the people who live around here. They stop by to pick up a few things and chat for a bit. It is nice to be part of the neighborhood. We do not have any big signs or advertisements. People just know where we are. Sometimes the bags of rice are heavy to move, but that is just part of the daily work. We do not use computers to track every single thing. We just keep an eye on the shelves. If we see something is getting low, we order more. It is a simple way of doing things. We just stay here all day and go home when it gets dark. It is a steady life and we like it that way.
