Our office is down on Kammala Street, right at number 16 in Ammoor. Being in the Walaja Taluk part of Vellore district means things move a bit slower than the big cities, which we don't mind at all. Tamil Nadu heat is something we all deal with daily, so the fans are always running in the office. Sobha Develpoers Ltd has this spot here to keep an eye on things locally. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise building. It’s just a regular street where people know each other. Most of our mornings are spent catching up on what happened the day before. We have a small team here. We don't have those fancy coffee machines, just the local tea stall nearby that brings us what we need. The office is a practical space. We have chairs, some old desks, and heaps of files related to the work in the district. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road work nearby, but that’s just how it goes. People from Ammoor walk by, and we recognize most of them. It's a quiet life compared to Chennai or Bangalore. We focus on our tasks and make sure the paperwork is sorted.
