We are based at 229, 1st Stage in Vijaynagar, specifically on 5th Cross. If you know the area, we are directly opposite the Corporation Bank, which is a big help when we have to tell people where we are. Mysore is a bit more relaxed than some of the bigger cities, and we like that pace. Our office for Sobha Developers Pvt. Ltd is a practical space where we handle all our local business. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and has enough room for our desks and all the files we have to keep track of. We spend most of our mornings going through emails and checking on various project details. The street outside is usually lined with parked cars, and sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze to get through. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving. It’s a simple environment without any of the fancy stuff you might see in a big corporate headquarters. We just have our work to do and we get on with it. There’s a small shop nearby where we grab snacks, and the staff there knows us by name. It feels like a neighborhood office where everyone is just trying to do their best. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in blueprints and notes. It’s just how it goes here. Most of the time it is just us working through our lists and answering the phone.
