Out in the Hebbal 3rd Stage area of Mysore, you can find us at No: 104, Mig-2 in Hebbal. Sobha Developers Ltd uses this space to manage our local projects in the Karnataka -16 region. It’s a quiet spot compared to the city center, which we appreciate when we need to concentrate on the engineering details. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of shelves for our architectural records. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We don't have a marketing department here; we just have people who know how to read a site plan and manage a budget. Some of the chairs are a little wobbly and the paint could probably use a refresh, but it doesn't stop us from getting the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to the crews out on the sites and making sure they have what they need to keep moving. Hebbal has its own charm, and being based here allows us to stay close to the actual construction work. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing a building come together from the ground up. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of patience, but we’ve been doing it this way for years. We usually wrap things up by sunset and head home.
