Smb Hardware & Safety Tools

We’ve been at 1178 3rd Cross on Irwin Road for a long time now. It is a busy part of Lashakar Mohalla and there is always something going on outside. We sell hardware and safety gear like boots and helmets. It’s not a fancy place at all. The shelves are wooden and some are a bit bowed from the weight of the tools. We have boxes of nails and screws piled up in the corners. People come in when they are working on a project and need a specific wrench or a pair of gloves. Sometimes the parking on Irwin Road is a nightmare so people just double park for a minute to run in. We don't mind. My nephew helps me out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded. We keep the doors open to let the air in but it still smells like metal and oil inside. It’s a regular shop for regular people. We don't do any big advertising or anything. We just have our sign out front. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk to the neighbors. Other days we are on our feet all morning. That is just how it goes with a hardware store. We have been in this same spot for years and seen the buildings around us change quite a bit. It’s home for us and we just keep doing our thing every day.
