We are located on the first floor at No. 218/K-30, right on Narayana Shastry Road in Chamarajapuram. Skilltech Engineers and Contractors Private Limited has been based here for a long time. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our windows. Being on the first floor is handy for when we have to move equipment or files in and out. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a table where we go over project plans. It’s a place where real work happens, so it’s not always perfectly tidy. We’re usually juggling several contracting jobs at once, so things can get a bit hectic. Chamarajapuram is a good area for us, as it puts us close to where many of our projects are located. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet everyone. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We’re a straightforward group. We don’t see any point in making the office look like a showroom when we’re mostly out in the field or buried in paperwork anyway. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We just show up every day, deal with the contractors, and make sure the engineering side is handled.
