We have been around Srirampura II Stage for a while now. Most people know our office here in Mysore because we spend a lot of time just walking the streets and seeing what houses are coming up for sale. It isn't a fancy setup. We mostly just talk to neighbors and help people find a decent place to live or maybe a plot of land if they want to build something from scratch. Dealing with property here can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and the different layouts, so we try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs to sell their place, they usually just drop by and we have a chat. It is a quiet part of Mysore, which is nice. We aren't doing big city high-rise stuff, just regular homes for regular folks. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times we just sit and watch the traffic go by outside. Buying a house is a big deal for anyone, and we get that. We know the corners of Srirampura pretty well by now. There are a lot of new developments happening around here lately, so things are changing fast. We just stay busy with the day-to-day work of matching people with the right keys. It's a living. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the local listings are up to date and that people don't get lost in the process.
