Setting up in Mysore was a different change of pace for us. We do the same clinical service work as our other branches, but the vibe here is much calmer than the bigger cities. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a functional office where the work gets done by people who live nearby. People here know each other, and it feels more like a community than a cold business office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, which is the nature of clinical services. There are days when the workload piles up, and we just hunker down to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest thing in town, just a steady place where people come to work every day. It’s a simple setup with everything we need and nothing we don’t. We like the pace here in Mysore; it allows us to focus on the details of the clinical work without all the distractions you get in the larger hubs. It feels like a good place to be for those of us who prefer a bit of quiet while we work.
