Peter England Showroom

This Peter England Showroom is located on the first floor, specifically FF15, in the mall over at Indiranagar Extension. Nazarbad Mohalla is a decent area to be in, right off MG Road, so we get a fair amount of foot traffic. The mall has its own vibe, and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. It’s mostly about keeping the shelves stocked with trousers and shirts for the guys who work around here. We spend a lot of time folding clothes because people tend to move things around quite a bit while they are looking for their size. It’s just part of the job, I guess. The space is okay, not too big but enough to fit the latest collections they send us from the main office. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a high-pressure kind of place. We just want people to feel okay walking in and looking around without us hovering over them too much. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything tagged and put away. MG Road is always busy, so even when the mall is quiet, you can hear the traffic outside. We just focus on keeping the shop tidy and being ready when someone needs a specific size. It’s a steady rhythm we’ve got going on here. We've got a small stool in the back where we sit when things get slow, just waiting for the next person to walk in.
