Omkara Chits Private Limited is located at No. 10 on Lalanahally Road in K R Nagara. It’s a small, local office where we do our daily work. We aren't located on a big main highway, just a regular road where people go about their business. The office is simple. We have a couple of desks, some old cupboards for files, and a few chairs for when customers come in to pay their monthly dues. K R Nagara is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else. We see our members at the market or at local events, so we have to do things right. We handle the chit fund auctions and the paperwork that goes with them. It’s a lot of manual counting and recording in books. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but people still find their way to us. We try to be helpful and explain things simply if someone is new to how chits work. We don't use big words or try to sell anything extra. It's just about the community saving money together. Most days, it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional conversation with a neighbor who dropped in. We keep our hours regular and make sure the books are balanced every single day. That is the way we operate here.
