Up here in Madikeri, specifically in the 8th Block of Cauvery Layout, things move at a slightly different pace than in the big cities like Hyderabad. We are located at Prathima Nilaya, right near the Convent Junction. It’s a quiet spot in Coorg, and honestly, the weather makes it a nice place to be most days of the week. Our branch of Ncl Alltek handles things locally from this small office. It’s not some big glass building; it’s more like a house that’s been converted so we can work. We have a few rooms filled with samples and records from over the years. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise during the day. People around here know us as the local office for the company. We get our mail at the door and sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask what we are up to. It’s a simple setup with a couple of desks and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every morning. Working in Karnataka is quite nice compared to the heat you get elsewhere. We handle our daily schedules and keep track of orders coming through this region. It’s just a few of us here, and we handle everything ourselves without much fuss or drama.
