Nandas Kar Care

Nandas Kar Care sits at 1826 on Adichunchanagiri Road in Kuvempunagar. We are right across from Sougandika Park, which is a nice bit of green in an otherwise busy area. Our shop is basically a place where cars come to get looked at. There is usually the smell of oil and the sound of tools hitting metal throughout the day. We aren't a high-end dealership with a coffee lounge. We have a concrete floor, some heavy jacks, and plenty of grease. Most of our time is spent under hoods or checking tires in the first stage area. It’s physical work, and our hands are rarely clean by lunch. We’ve been here in Kuvempunagar for a while, so we know many of the people who drive by every morning. The park opposite gives us a bit of a view when we step out for a breather. We don't have a script for how we talk to people; we just tell them what’s wrong with their vehicle and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes the shop gets backed up when a difficult job comes in, but we just put our heads down and work through it. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we fix the cars, and we go home. There aren't any hidden agendas or fancy mission statements on the wall here.
