The smell of the products we make often drifts through the hallways, which is something we are all used to. We have a lot of long-term staff who have been here for decades. They know the history of the company better than anyone else. Everyday life here involves a lot of coordination with our suppliers and distributors across India. We use simple tools and keep a lot of physical records along with the computers. Karnataka is a beautiful place to work, and Mysore especially has a pace of life that isn't too rushed. We just go about our business day by day, making sure the work gets done like it always has. There is always a pot of coffee going somewhere in the building. It’s a comfortable place to be while we handle our daily responsibilities.
