My name is Chethan A.G. and I handle things for Mother India Logisstics And Minerals Pvt. Ltd. here in Mandya. This is basically a family-run setup that was started by my father, P. Giniswamygowda, and I’ve been helping out for a long time. Even though the company name mentions Bangalore, we are based out of Arakere, which is where we do most of our daily coordinating and paperwork. It’s a bit different from those big city offices you see in Bangalore, but we make it work just fine for our needs. We mostly look after the logistics side and the minerals part of the business from this specific location in Karnataka. Living and working in Mandya means we know the local roads and the people around here quite well. It's a practical, hands-on business. We don't have a big marketing department or any of those polished brochures. It's just us making sure the trucks are moving and the mineral orders are getting sorted out properly. Some people might find it a bit quiet out here compared to the city, but for logistics, it's actually a pretty good spot to manage the local routes. I spend a lot of my day checking on the loads and talking to the drivers on their mobile phones. It's a lot of coordination and some headaches now and then.
