We are located at C-39/1 in the Industrial Estate in Yadavagiri. It’s a purely industrial area, so there are a lot of factories and sheds all around us. The sound of machinery is pretty much constant here from morning until night. We’ve been in this unit for several years. It’s not a very pretty building, just a functional one with high ceilings and heavy doors. We do a lot of production work here every single day. Our staff is mostly seen in their overalls, working with the equipment and managing the floor. The floor is usually a bit greasy or dusty, depending on what we are making that week. We don't have much of a front office, just a small partitioned space where we keep the computer and the phone. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor making sure the machines are running correctly and safely. Yadavagiri is a good spot for this kind of work because everything we need is close by. We have a few regulars who have been buying from us since we first started out. There’s no big marketing team here or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual labor and making sure the products get out the door on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the job. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. We keep it simple and stay busy.
