Iq Interiors Design

If you know Shivaji Road, you know it can get a bit hectic around the Mohalla area. We are tucked right in there at Iq Interiors Design. Most days start with us moving things around the shop, trying to make room for new samples or furniture pieces that just arrived. It’s not a big corporate showroom with glass walls and fancy lights. It’s more of a workspace where we actually get things done. There’s usually some dust on the floor from cutting wood or moving fabric books around. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking about colors over a cup of tea. Being near the Mohalla means there is always someone walking by or popping their head in to say hello. It feels very connected to the street. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the street gets quiet except for a few cars. We handle all kinds of interior stuff here, mostly just trying to figure out what fits in a space without overcomplicating things. The walls are covered in swatches and sketches, and there is always a tape measure sitting on the desk. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest name on Shivaji Road, just the ones who do the job properly and keep the shop running every day. It's just us and the work we do for people.
