We are over at 72, 3rd Infantry in the PWD Quarters. It’s near the Fountain Circle in Lashkar Mohalla. It is a well-known part of Mysore, so most people don't have trouble finding us. The office is in a bit of an older building, but it works for what we need. We’ve been here for a good number of years. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our files and our tables, and we spend our days making sure our projects are on track. Being near the Fountain Circle means there is always something going on outside. It is a lively area. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty, but that is just part of being in this line of work. We are a small crew. We don't have any big titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. We grew up around here, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. It helps when we are trying to get things delivered or when we need to find a specific person. We don't go in for those long meetings that don't go anywhere. We would rather just get out there and see how the work is progressing. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
