G A Shivakumar & Co is located right inside Auto Towers. If you know Jaya Chamarajendra Road, you know how crowded it can get with all the vehicles and people moving about. We are at J/161, which is a spot we've occupied for a good while. The building itself is quite well-known in this part of town. Working out of Auto Towers means there is always something going on downstairs. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors every day. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the daily grind. Mostly, we are just focused on getting the work finished on time. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. It’s an old-school kind of atmosphere here. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything. The desks are covered in files and the phones ring quite a bit. Living and working around JC Road has its own rhythm. You get used to the noise of the traffic after a while. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to us for years. They know exactly where to find us in the tower. We keep regular hours, usually starting early before the heat gets too bad. It is a decent place to work and we know the neighbors well. We usually have some tea around four and then finish up for the day.
