Brittle Bites Llp

Our place is over in Chamaraja Mohalla on the 1st Cross. It is a quiet neighborhood and we have been at number 641 for a good while. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we make the brittle and snacks. We spend a lot of time over the big pots, stirring the sugar and nuts until everything looks right. It gets really hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months, but we just open the windows and keep going. Most of the neighbors know us because of the smell of toasted peanuts drifting out onto the street. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us doing the packing and checking the labels by hand. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out perfect and we end up eating it ourselves during our break. The shelves are mostly filled with containers and various ingredients we get from the local markets. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of orders to fill, but we make it work. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other. It is a simple life of making snacks and keeping the floors swept. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just get the work done each day and go home.
