Our place, Balaji Autotech Pvt Ltd, is located at 216, Neethi Marga in Siddarthnagara. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, we’re really just a group of people who know our way around auto parts and machinery. The building isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done without being disturbed. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and fiddling with components. Some days are slow, and we spend them organizing the shelves or cleaning the tools. Other days, everyone is rushing around trying to meet a deadline. It can get a bit stressful, but that’s just how the industry is. We’ve been in Siddarthnagara for a while now, and we like the quiet of Neethi Marga compared to the main roads. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We try to keep our prices reasonable because we know how hard it is to run a business these days. Our coffee machine is old and makes a terrible noise, but it gets us through the mornings. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep doing what we’re good at and hope the customers stay satisfied with the parts we provide. It is just a regular job that we try to do well every single day.
