Our kitchen and office are at 42-8-67 in Alanahalli. We spend most of our time dealing with food products and trying out different recipes. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when we start the ovens. The air in Alanahalli usually smells like baked goods near our building. We aren't a massive corporation, just a dedicated team working in a relatively small space. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time scrubbing them down. We have shelves full of flour, sugar, and various ingredients. Sometimes the delivery van gets blocked in the narrow street, but we always figure it out. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our work is done in the back where the heat is. We use simple tools and traditional methods for a lot of what we make. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making food that people actually want to eat. We often have flour on our clothes by noon. Our desks are covered in notebooks and order forms. We don't do much on social media or with big ads. We just focus on the ingredients and the baking process. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and making sure the timers don't go off without us noticing. It’s just how we run things here. There is always a tray of something cooling on the rack. We just keep the kitchen moving.
