A1 Super Market

My family and I run A1 Super Market over in the Gopala Extension area. We are right at C 70, just a short walk from the Womens Polytechnic College here in Gadikoppa. It’s a good spot because students and neighbors are always passing by throughout the day. We opened up because we saw people around here needed a place to grab their basics without having to go all the way into the main town center. The shelves are usually packed with everything from rice and dal to those small things you forget you need until you're right in the middle of cooking dinner. It gets pretty loud and crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work or classes. We try to keep things tidy, but sometimes boxes end up sitting in the aisles when a new shipment comes in and we haven't had a chance to put it away yet. My nephew helps out behind the counter most days, and he’s gotten pretty fast at ringing things up. We know most of the faces that come through the door by now, which makes the days go by faster. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside for a bit when it's quiet in the mid-afternoon. The weather around here changes fast, so we’re always moving stuff away from the front door if it looks like rain might start. It’s a simple shop with no fancy lights or loud music, just the stuff people need every day for their homes.
