Young Island

Young Island is located at No. 17/A and 17/B in Bommur Agrahara. We have a bit of land here and some buildings for people who want to stay over. It’s not right in the middle of a big city, which is why people seem to like it. We spend our time looking after the grounds and making sure the rooms are in good shape. There’s always some grass to cut or a fence to fix. It’s a lot of outdoor work. We aren't a big resort chain with fancy uniforms and managers. It’s more of a family-run kind of thing. We have the space, and we keep it as clean as we can. Sometimes the bugs get in because we are close to nature, but we do our best to manage that. It’s a quiet spot for the most part. We see people coming in for the weekends to get away from the noise of the city. We handle everything from the cleaning to the check-ins ourselves. It’s a simple life out here in Bommur Agrahara. We don’t have a lot of high-end stuff. Just the basic things people need for a comfortable stay. We’ve been working on this place for a while, adding a bit here and there when we can. It’s our livelihood and we just take it one day at a time, looking after the property and the people who stay. We just keep the trees trimmed and the paths clear.
