Yashaswi Architects is based at No.62/B on the mezzanine floor of the Hotel Sepoy Grande Complex. We are right on MG Road in the Fort Mohalla area. If you know where JSS Multispeciality Hospital is, we are directly opposite that. Being in a hotel complex is a bit different, but it works well for us. It is a central location in Mysore, so it is easy for people to drop by. The mezzanine floor keeps us a little away from the main street noise. We spend our days drawing and looking at plans. It is a quiet enough space for the kind of work we do. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees; we are a small group that pays attention to the details. The hospital across the road is always busy, so the area feels very alive. We have been here for a good while and have seen MG Road change a lot. The office itself is functional and filled with sketches and models. We do not go for anything too flashy. It is just a place where we get our ideas down on paper before they become real buildings. Finding us is easy because of the hotel and the hospital landmarks. We like the convenience of this spot and the history of Fort Mohalla. Most days we are just buried in our drawings and project files, making things happen.
