Yadavgiri Properties Llp is on the ground floor of the Brigade Point building, which is located at No. 2963 on Gokulam Main Road. If you know Mysore, you know that V V Mohalla and Gokulam are some of the nicer parts of town. It’s a lot quieter than Bangalore, but it still has its own rhythm. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask questions about property. We have a few desks set up, and the walls are mostly covered with maps of the local area. The office has a bit of a relaxed feel to it, which matches the Mysore vibe. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just local folks who know the neighborhood well. Gokulam Main Road always has people walking their dogs or heading to yoga classes, so there is good energy outside. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit just to catch some fresh air. The work involves a lot of checking on different sites and making sure all the property papers are in order. It can be tedious at times, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a good relationship with the other businesses in Brigade Point. It is a practical office for a practical business, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with any fancy mission statements or promotional talk.
