WUERTH Elektronik India Pvt.Ltd.-UNIT III

Unit III is located over at Plot No.22, P-5 in the Koorgallay Industrial Area. This is where WUERTH Elektronik India Pvt.Ltd. does a lot of its day-to-day operations. It’s a bit out of the way, being off the main road, but that keeps it a little quieter than the city center, which we appreciate. We deal with a lot of small components and electronic parts here. It’s delicate work that requires a lot of patience and good lighting. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy or modern. We have rows of benches where people sit and focus on their tasks for hours. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people running around; it’s more of a steady, focused environment. We have our breaks at the usual times, and that’s when the place finally gets a bit louder with everyone talking at once. The Koorgallay area has changed a bit over the years, but our plot stays pretty much the same. We focus on the boards and the connections, making sure everything is handled the right way. There isn't any corporate fluff here, just people doing their jobs and making sure the electronics are packed correctly. It’s a specialized kind of work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. By the time the shift ends at Unit III, we’ve usually handled thousands of tiny parts. It’s a good feeling to see the crates finally packed up and ready to go.
