Wood Life Furniture

Wood Life Furniture is based in Mysuru, located at No. 13/1 in the Veerappa Building on Kalidasa Road in Vani Vilas Mohalla. We make and sell various kinds of wooden furniture right from this spot. Our workshop is always filled with the smell of fresh cut wood, polish, and sawdust. We have various tools and machines that we use to shape the wood into tables, chairs, and cabinets. It’s a very hands-on job and we spend most of our time standing at the workbench. We aren't like those big furniture stores you see with bright lights and fancy displays. Our shop is more of a working space where you can see the pieces being built. We’ve been on Kalidasa Road for quite a few years and have become a part of the neighborhood. People stop by to look at what we are working on or to ask for something custom-made. We don't have a marketing department or a polished website. We just let our work speak for itself. Sometimes the work is slow and meticulous, especially when we are doing fine finishing. We take pride in making things that are sturdy and will last for a long time in someone’s home. It’s a traditional trade and we enjoy the process of turning a piece of raw wood into something useful. We just take it one day at a time and keep our focus on the craft. It's good work.
