You can find We Electric India Pvt.Ltd. at No.278-B, Hootagalli, in the Hebbal Industrial Area. It’s a fairly open part of the industrial zone, and we have a good bit of space for our operations. The building is a simple concrete structure with a high roof. Inside, it’s mostly open plan because we need to move parts around easily. We’ve got a few desks pushed against the wall for the admin stuff, but the real work happens in the center of the room. We have a lot of electrical components stored in plastic bins on the racks. It’s usually a bit quiet in the mornings until everyone gets settled in and the machines start up. We don’t have a big fancy entrance, just a metal door that’s usually propped open with a brick for ventilation. The floors are concrete and get a bit dusty, but we sweep them every evening before we head home. There’s a small patch of grass out front that we try to keep neat, though it’s hard with the trucks coming in and out. Most of us live nearby, so we either bike or walk to work. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor because we’d rather have good tools. It’s a straightforward way of working, and we’ve built a decent routine here over the years. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a solid way to earn a living and we appreciate the steady work.
